Thank you for always welcoming me and for the stories and songs. I will always hear a long way to Tipperary and think of you singing it to me and Rebecca. Thank you ‘Grandad’ Richie. We will all miss you xx

A lifetime of precious memories Grandad. Thank you for stepping in and raising me as one of your daughters. Thank you for all of the wonderful holidays. Thank you for humouring me and sitting in the parlour for hours in “detention” when we played school, and for letting me do your hair with the heated curling tongs. Thank you for being my taste tester when I moved out and taught myself to cook (sorry for making you sick a few times too!). I didn’t get to share your last few years with you, but I hope you know I missed you every day (we all did), and I’ll miss you every day until we meet again. Heartbroken. Forever in our hearts and thoughts. All my love, your granddaughter Rebecca, James and great-grandson Austin xxx
